I brought my 2015 honda in to fix a broken power window. They found the problem and fixed it within 24 hours. Also found a screw in one tire and repaired that. Car repairs are never cheap, but this was a few hundred dollars less than what the Honda dealer estimated, so I was happy.

I started bringing my truck here about a year and a half ago for overheating issues. At first, they seemed reasonable and I trusted their work. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill since then. The truck has been back multiple times for the same ongoing problems—overheating and coolant leaks. Each visit seems to result in a different diagnosis rather than a clear, complete fix. First it was sensors, then I was told it was a leaking water pump, which I agreed to replace. After that repair, the truck was still leaking. Now I’m being told it’s the radiator. At this point, it feels like they are just replacing parts rather than properly diagnosing the issue. Most recently, in April, I was told the issue was a leaking water pump. I agreed to the repair, and they said the system was pressure tested and good to go. The very next day after picking it up, the truck was leaking fluid again. When I brought it back, I was then told the problem is now a leaking radiator. At this point, it’s hard to have confidence in the diagnosis or the quality of the repairs. After repeated visits for the same issue, I would expect a more thorough inspection and a lasting solution—not a series of different

If i could give less I would. After 4 days I had to call them. Mike gets on and says "needs motor" its $11k but i cant get one. So when i said ok i will have towed out he charges $160 FOR WHAT ? "Well we pushed it in" . That is your friendly neighborhood mechanic.

I am so infuriated with this repair shop. I dropped my car off almost a month ago and I had given them my car and I had explained to them that the brakes were not working very well and they were delayed, so I gave them my Lincoln zephyr and they were test driving it to find out what the problem was and they flat out, crashed my car. The entire right mirror was torn off my car and front bumper was messed up. Only when I call them 36 hours after the accident, I find out that they got into a car accident with my own car and a police report was filed and I had absolutely no idea and I am still absolutely infuriated because I have been waiting almost a month now for my car to be fixed and it drives me absolutely insane that this could not be finished any quicker. There was absolutely nothing I could do to prevent this situation and just to know that and how long it has been is ridiculous. It’s just so annoying I am so infuriated. Please never come here. I am still waiting as we speak.
